Open Billing from the account menu (top-right avatar), click an invoice, then Download PDF receipt.
Who receives Cobber receipt emails?
Only the billing emails configured for your organisation. There is no fallback to other admin addresses.
What invoices show under Billing?
Paid Cobber subscription charges and paid SMS usage charges, with amounts and payment dates.
Your organisation’s paid Cobber invoices appear under Billing in the account menu (top-right avatar).
What you’ll see
- Paid SaaS subscription charges
- Paid SMS usage charges
- Invoice number, amount, and payment date
- A PDF receipt for each payment
Receipt emails
When a payment settles, Cobber emails a receipt to the billing emails configured for your organisation (comma-separated). There is no fallback to other admin addresses — if no billing emails are set, no receipt is sent and Cobber staff are alerted.
Ask Cobber support if billing emails need updating.
